IT4Educators may use personal information provided to process course registrations, send course confirmations, and to provide course customer service. This information may also be used to contact you about future IT4Educators course offerings.

We also gather certain non-personal information automatically whenever you visit or log into the IT4Educators web site. This information (ie. I.P. Address) may be used to collect data for future website revisions.
Sharing of Personal Information in Public Forums and Message Boards
When course participants are logged in to the IT4Educators Moodle Web site, public message boards are available. The Moodle content website is stored on a secure web server and IT4Educators promises your submitted work and discussion board posts will be viewable by only your username, city, and state.

Please note: Information shared in these public message board areas becomes public information and are accessible to other IT4Educators learners logged in to Moodle. Please use discretion when revealing personal information in discussion board posts.
Course Refunds
Participants have 10 days from the initial login e-mail sent to request a partial refund. If the participant has not registered with the participating university, they will receive a refund of 80% of the price paid for the course. If the participant has registered with the partner university when they request a partial refund, IT4Educators will refund 50% of the price paid for the course. No refund requests will be granted after the tenth day of sign up for any IT4Educators courses.
Security
All credit card transactions with IT4Educators are secure and encrypted through PayPal. IT4Educators will never give out customer information.
